How to Create an Account

Creating an Account on our website is simple!

Step 1: Click on LOGIN
The Login Window will appear.

Now you can simply Log-in with Facebook and allow Facebook Terms to create an account in seconds.

OR

You can manually Register by filling out the Required Registration Fields: Username, Email Address and Password

How to Place an Order

Step 1: Log-in to your Account. You can also Order as “Guest” but you will not be able to receive promotions, rewards etc.

Step 2: Browse through our huge collections of items. You can search specific products, filter by categories, brands, price or even ratings.

Click the “ADD TO CART” button for your selected items.

Step 3: Once you have added your desired items to your cart, you can now “VIEW your CART” or “CHECK OUT”

Step 4: Review your Cart if all items has been added already including number of quantity per item.

Shipping fee is computed based on Delivery Location and Total Weight of items on your Cart.

Step 5: Input Coupon Code on the field provided if you have any discount Coupon or Voucher code available then click Apply Coupon

Step 6: Proceed to Check Out:
Input your Complete Billing Details which is the same as your Delivery Address. Make sure that you have encoded your Delivery Address correctly including your Full Name and Contact number to ensure correct and timely shipment of your orders.

Step 7: Review your Total Bill

Step 8: Choose your Payment Method or Options
– Bank Over the Counter Deposit or Mobile Online Fund Transfer
– Remittance Centers/ Paymaya Top-up
– Cash on Delivery ( SOON)
– Pay with your Credit Card via PayPal

Step 9: Finally, click the “PLACE ORDER” button

Step 10: You will now receive an email regarding your Order Details and Payment instructions.
Once payment has been made, you can reply to the email and send a picture of your Proof of Payment. You can also message us on Facebook with your Order number or send it on Viber.

Step 11: Once your payment has been validated and received before our 3pm Daily cut-off time, it will be sent to our 3rd party courier the same day otherwise it will be sent to our courier the next business day. We will send your tracking code via email or facebook messenger.

Step 12: Wait for your Order to arrive with our estimated date of delivery.

 

International Customers

For INTERNATIONAL Customers

Our website currently supports Philippines Customers only but you can send us a message via our Facebook Pages, Email or Live Chat for your desired orders and compute for the international shipping fee.

Check above if your country supports any of the following Payment Options mentioned.
You can also pay using your Credit Card by requesting us for a PayPal Invoice to be sent to your email.

Payment Cut-Off Time

Once your payment has been validated and received before our 3pm Daily cut-off time, it will be sent to our 3rd party courier the same day otherwise it will be sent to our courier the next business day.

If payment was made on a Saturday past 3pm, Sundays and Holidays, it will be sent to our 3rd Party Courier the next Business Day.
